Catering Packages (Buffet Style)

Choose a package, pick your meats and sides, and we’ll handle the rest.

• Backyard Basic – Pulled pork + choice of 1 side. Includes a bun and BBQ sauce.

• Smokehouse Classic – Choose 1 smoked meat + 2 house-made sides. Includes rolls and BBQ sauce.

• Pitmaster Pick – Choose 2 smoked meats + 2 house-made sides. Includes rolls and BBQ sauce.

• Ultimate Spread – Includes three meats (Brisket, Pulled Pork, and Smoked Chicken Breast). Choose 2 sides and your choice of dessert. Includes rolls and BBQ sauce.

• Loaded Nacho Bar – Includes your choice of smoked meat, nacho chips, nacho cheese, black beans, green onions, olives, tomatoes, jalapeños, and shredded cheese. (Utensils not included—please add them from Miscellaneous if needed.)

Box lunches are also available (great for meetings and grab-and-go events). We recommend our buffet packages for the best experience and flexibility.
